Child Support is determined under California Law by a mathematical formula. The formula is driven by each parents’ respective net spendable incomes and the percentage of time the child(ren) are in each parents home. There are many complex rules and case laws governing child support and we can assist you in obtaining a child support order or ensuring that the child support order is a fair and adequate amount for your child(ren). We have handled many cases whether you are the custodial parent or non custodial parent in ensuring an appropriate child support order. We also handle cases where the Department of Child Support Services is involved.
